Will the carving I receive be exactly like the one on the website?
Although no two carvings are exactly alike, it will be approximately the same size and nearly identical to the one shown on the website.
What if I am not satisfied with the carving when it is received?
Notify us by phone or e-mail within ten days of receipt and we will be glad to work with you. You may return the carving for a full refund, less shipping charges. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
What if a carving is ever damaged?
Every effort will be made to repair the carving with no charge to you except shipping and handling.
